business license. A business license is important because it validates the legitimacy of the business.
Zablocki Construction holds liability insurance. Proper insurance includes general liability and
workman's compensation insurance. This is very important for your protection as a homeowner. If a contractor does not hold
these insurances, a homeowner may be liable for property damage and worker injury on their property.
We
provide detailed quotes on specified work that literally becomes part of your contract. There are no surprises. If there
is something that we forgot that would have to be done to complete the project to code, that is our problem, not yours. We
are very specific.
We will provide a drawing of the project when necessary: We will provide a two
dimensional drawing of the proposed work to scale so we can make sure we are on the same page.
Permits:
We can manage the entire project, including permits.
Clean Up: Zablocki Construction includes the
cleanup of all scrap debris and excess materials when the job is finished to complete the contract.
